To Gray, Cruz and Arianna. The latest chapter of the sitcom that is Kalifornia is finally over.

I heard on the radio this morning he has promised to put his movie career on hold for the election. He even turned down Terminator 4 were they expect to have to find a new lead role actor. Only movie Arnold will be releasing is a movie with co-star Jackie Chan...

This picture is killing me!!

Arnold may be cool, but I think he's going to be a useless governor... to him this is just another roll as an actor. Hopefully someone will write a good script for him to follow.

You guys in Nevada better not laugh too hard... apparently there are petitions circulating over there to recall *your* governor as we speak. Kalifornia is like an infectious disease... everything that originates here spreads across the country.

1) Better post a link, I haven't heard that.
2) I don't even know or care who our Governor is, our state isn't in political shambles, filled with self-centered, corrupt, career politicians.
3) No matter what happens, we can't possibly have a worse election than CA did... there aren't enough shallow actors in our state.
4) You know you wanna move here.
5) :P

NEver heard of that either. I like this state. Move here. Cheaper property, lower taxes, and general better sense of well being. :D

I used to think Reno sucked... but I can't think of a place in CA I'd rather live anymore.

I guess Reno hasn't really gotten better, it's just that everywhere else has become worse. I used to really want to move back to SLO, but then I'd have to live under the iron fist of Ahnold and pay $550,000 for a POS house surrounded by asshole neighbors.

I have lived in a few different cities and found Reno the best. Maybe Reno itself (inner city) isn't the bes, but look around you. You have a lake in every direction on 40 minutes away, you hae the truckee and multiple other rivers, Sac and San Fran are close enough to drive, Lake Tahoe is not even a hour away, and some of the best skiing in the country.

Then when your bored with all the nature stuff, you can still hit the casinos, clubs, events, shows, and other things Reno has to offer.

I get bored in Cali. :)

Um yeah... sounds nice, except for the snow, and cold, and high altitude. I'll argue that San Luis Obispo is still a geographically nicer place to live... 10 minutes from the beach, mild weather year around, has lakes like Reno but they're warmer... and if you really wanna ski, it's not that long a drive to the snow... but I'm just not a big winter sports kinda guy I guess. I tried to get into it, but I suck at it, and I'm too lazy to try to get better at it.

Heard it on the TV news this morning too.

As for (2), the only kind of politician that even exists above the local level is a "self-centered, corrupt, career politician".

As for (4)... well... shut up.

NV's small enough, even the top level state gov't isn't much bigger than a city council.
