The fire department got the call of the man in the river about 8 a.m. It appears he was floating in the river and his life did not appear to be in jeopardy.

Wearing an anti-drug DARE t-shirt, the man climbed onto a rock west of the Booth Street Bridge and was pantless for several minutes

My hero for the day. I love the Dare t shirt. hahaha

When I read that article this morning, all I could think was "Well, that DARE T-shirt didn't help much

"DARE to show your wang to kids"?

They should have used a taser.

He was just going for a morning swim...probably trying to shake off an acid trip or something, give the guy a break.

Should have used an alka seltzer in a double shot of tequila instead.

Either that or he got caught trying to have sex with some livestock and ran away without his pants, and then ended up in the river hiding, then took a water nap

I saw Robby wearing a DARE t-shirt at the last meet.

I just figured Khamis must have called in sick.

Actually, in his department it's acceptable just to call in "pantsless". They're rather understanding over there.

"understanding" or "afraid he'll call their bluff"?

It's a good thing it was morning, otherwise he might have sunburned his junk!
