Anyone want an air compressor for cheap?
 

My 26 gal oil-less air compressor seized on me while finishing up work on the SVX last weekend. I just picked up a new twin cylinder 30 gal compressor I figured I'd sell my old one for cheap. Perhaps someone would be able to rebuild the compression piston (I think the motor is fine), or could just use the 26 gal tank for something.

$40 bucks takes it. Let me know before I toss it on Craigslist and it's gone in 20 minutes!

Dewy's not interested ASAP, so it's up for someone else. If you've got a pancake compressor or something, this plus an air hose would be a great/cheap way to add a ton of capacity to your existing compressor!

Van, if you've got an idea to fix this let me know! I'll sell it to you if you want it, or I'd love to fix it up and sell it for $150 as a running compressor.

I can tear it down and see if I can fix it. I don't need another compressor though, mine is big enough:)

Well, I tore it down when the piston started making noise. I didn't see anything I could do to fix it... so when it seized I just went and bought a new twin piston one.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to pull it apart again... feel like coming over and tinkering around with it this weekend?
