Can we post images here anymore? I've got a bunch of pictures I want to post for a tech write-up and it doesn't seem to have an option to attach files anymore...

Attachments are currently disabled. I need to lock down the addition of files to the site since there's a good chance we're going to have to move servers soon.

Sooo... do I sit on my thumbs for now or what?

Either that, or find somewhere else to post your pictures and just [ img] link to 'em.

If I sent you a zip file could you add 'em to the Doink gallery or anything?

Nope.. I can't add anything to the site... the only data that I'm allowing to change is the data in the database which I'm backing up frequently.

I spent several hours downloading a backup of the files on the site a few days ago, and since the site potentially could get shutdown at any moment, I don't want to lose anything that's been added since my last backup. As it is, potentially losing a day of forum posts is gonna suck.

Hopefully we'll have a new host up and running this week, I'm looking at several options.

I tried uploading one as a test and it wouldn't take it, gave an error message..

Scott, can I e-mail you some pictures to put on the server? I want to link to them for a write-up and it would be too much of a pain to add them manually as attachments here in the forums...
