My comment in the UFC thread of 12 inches in a foot, etc... reminded me of this list of number related sayings quiz that ran around a few years back. I can't find the original, but here is the one I created as a follow up.

See how many you can figure out.
Example:
26 = L in the A
20,000 = L under the S
Answers:
26 = Letters in the Alphabet

Apparently, these are called Language Equations or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ditloid. And there are hundreds of them some idiomatic or country/region specific. Here are a ton...And there are countless more around the web.

They are really fun until you get stuck and they start to nag at you and thinking harder just makes them more elusive. Then they pop into your head in the middle of lunch or something.
