Let's put it this way: if you have a 2.5 in the garage gathering dust, it's not a bad deal. At least all the RS body and interior parts are there, getting all that stuff for an L shell would be a PITA.

I'd say it's worth $2500-3000 if it has a clean title. Misfires come from a million different things, few of them engine rebuild-worthy. And that dent in the left rear is no big deal for a project car. I'd have gladly jumped on this if it had been around last winter when I was shopping for a deal. Now, if it runs like dooky, burns oil (more than normal) or has unusual gear whine, then it's a shell. But for the mileage it's in decent shape.
