The mysterious decimal point

Saw this sign printed out and hung in the drive-thru window at McDonald's today:

Any additional sauces will be charged .11 cents

I though about giving the lady 11 pennies and asking for 100 extra BBQ sauces, but figured I'd just end up in a VerizonMath situation.
