Silver Nissan Sentra Spec R/V Ricer
 

Ok so yesterday i'm minding my own business driving to the grocery store and some jackass in a Silver Nissan Sentra Spec V (sounded modded) starts riding my ass then gets into the open lane next to me floors it, ricer fly by and all and runs the red light. Anyone know who this guy is or see him around? I think he partially ran the red because he wanted to show off without having to line up with a WRX from a dig, not that I was going to race anyways but it's still very annoying on all levels.As he ran the red light he seemed to get up to 90 MPH or so because the guy never braked. Figured I'd ask if you guys could identify him because there isn't exactly many Spec V running around town.

Also there is a small chance it wasn't Silver because it was dark and not exactly easy to see but that's what it looked like.

I wouldn't know a spec V if I saw one. This is the first of many ricer challenges to come.

I can't line up next to fellow econobox cars turned performance cars without them revving, launching, honking, making gestures or trying to instigate a race. WTF is wrong with people!

Hate that it's the case, but these days of you're driving a modded Subaru you're basically a ricer, and all the other ricers are gonna want to race you.

I can't even drive my unmodded SVX around without it happening. Hell, I get dbags trying to race me in the truck, I guess simply because it's got a some temp gauges on the a-pillar so I can watch the egt and tranny temps while towing.

HAHA. Yea the ironic thing is the guys in really fast,legit cars are never the ones to do this! It's the broke guys with body kits and a muffler on a stock car that wanna start shit. It's not like a 911 turbo pulls up next to you and revs! That Sentra probably sped by doing 80 and thought to himself, I totally smoked that WRX, despite the fact I wasn't attempting to accelerate after him or anything.

It's weird cuz I've only had 2 people try to race me. My car looks like a wrx, it sounds and looks modded, and it's debadged, but no one starts shit with me :(

Btw i'm jealous of your color. Everytime I see that Navy Blue Impreza I wish they made the WRX's in it. It's a very sick color.

Rob, just bold up a FMIC to your front and not hook it up and then everybody will wanna race you.

Or just get a 3 foot tall spoiler, lightning bolt decals and a 15 dollar Midas muffler. That's guaranteed to make them jealous and instigate a race! Don't forget to add the Maserati side vents! Anyone else notice this new ricer phenomena? People adding non functional side vents to all types of cars ranging from sports to luxary? Most they time they aren't even straight ROFL. Keep them on the Maserati FFS!

Yeah, that really seemed to catch on with the ricers... in 1992 when BMW brought them back.

I saw these side vents on an sti at a car lot a little while back.. it was terrible..

Lets all hunt that guy down and shoot him ; \. FFS on an STI? Even the Chrysler 300C's can't pull it off let alone an STI! I guess it's the same as trucks and cars that have hood scoops but no FI or TMIC? Even my SRT4 hood vent wasn't really functional considering it has a FMIC.... Guess it looks fast or something to people. People are quick to judge the WRX's looks but if they knew how pretty much everything is functional and has a purpose, they would respect it much more.

I guess, but anytime anyone talks to me about the car, they call it a wrx, or they ask how much boost I'm pushing. Oh well.
