WTB: Cheap Wheels, stock or otherwise

Any one have wheels laying around they want to sell cheap? Need to be at least 16" and preferably with driveable tires mounted. Condition is not terribly important. I'm thinking about selling or trading in my car and I'd like to keep the 3 sets of wheels I currently have.

Edit: Low cost is my number one factor, so please let me know how much you are asking!

I will have the stock wheels off my '09 outback XT as soon as I get around to picking up something new. I just haven't been in a rush to spend money on wheels, but I eventually need something for the car that will clear stoptechs. Wheels are 17x7+48 IIRC. They've got some re92a's with ~30k miles on them, so not a ton of tread, but definitely drivable.

I've got some steelies from my 08 2.5i that has a nail or two that still hold pressure... But they've been sitting in our shed for at least a year at this point so they may have heat damage. I'll have to check when I go home tomorrow.

Those would be great Scott, depending on the price. I don't for sure how soon I'll need them but keep me in mind when you are ready to take them off.

Those would work too, let me know how much you are looking for. Are they plain steelies or do you have wheel covers as well?

I have the wheel covers but they're kind of beat up.

edit: Probably around $50. I still need to check the condition of the tires to see if they're even drivable after any weather damage.

Sounds good, and the price is great. Let me know whenever you get a chance to look at them.

Alright. I was able to get some pictures today and you can find them here. There doesn't seem to be any weather damage but I did remember that there are stock TPMS sensors in these as they came off an 08 2.5i. Should I remove these sensors or will they work with your current car?

Dean 2011-07-06 12:12 PM

AFAIK each TPMS is worth about $40!

khail19 2011-07-06 12:14 PM

I wouldn't need the TPMS sensors, so if you want to keep them that's fine with me.

Actually, they're worthless unless you have a way to reprogram the car to recognize them.

Jeikun 2011-07-06 02:34 PM

I've got an appointment with Matt to remove the TPMS sensors on Friday.

Khail, I can get you the wheels/tires by Friday afternoon.

TPMS sensors were removed by the gentlemen at KSpeed today.

Khail, you've got a pm.

khail19 2011-07-11 08:09 PM

Picked up Jake's wheels today, so I should be set. Thanks for a great deal man!

Jeikun 2011-07-11 08:25 PM

Not a problem! I'm glad to be rid of them.
