He gladly tuned ECUTek before his laptop was stolen and Ecutek wanted another...

It would set you up for when you go Stage II or higher in the future. That's one thing I like about my Borla Hush; I was able to purchase a 3" flange adapter to replace the 2.5" donut flange it came...

Or get your Admin to install Imageresizer.exe from here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Then right click any image and resize easily.
