IF you took the logs on a straight flat road in 3rd gear from 2k to 7k, I think there's software out there that can be used to make a "dyno" graph. I'd have to search for it though...maybe later.

You may also want to be sure that you haven't reset/reflashed the ECU recently. I've hear of that causing the ECU to give a "not ready" status. I think a few days of driving after resetting the ECU...

With the DCCD fully open, isn't the torque split still like 30/70? Sounds like all kinds of bad for the center dif if I'm not mistaken.
