And don't over tighten the little strut-top nuts. Use a 1/4" drive wratchet.

I like ImageResizer.exe (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) for resizing JPG's. I just glean any small GIF's I see online. :devil:
