People say that a lot. In reality the re92 isn't that bad of a tire. It's adequate in all conditions, but great in none... sounds just like you'd expect to get on a car from the factory.

Your tuner doesn't have a dyno so it takes him 4 times as long as it should to get a decent tune on a mildly modded car.
