(First few thousand miles my car's paint held up great, now it's pitted and chipping like everyone says...)

Dealer says there are 219 miles on the car, and supposedly they go with the people when they test drive it...whatever.

JGT500 cat-back exhaust on an STi (stock except for the cat-back), is it very loud? I have heard sound clips, the exhaust sounds great...but is it loud only under moderate throttle, or is it always...
