Imagine being somewhere on vacation and clicking a picture of something on your iPhone 2.0. Then it instantly tells you all the cool stuff about the item, nearby stuff to see, restaurants, stories from other people's vacations, etc.
Or even more impressive (and a bit scary)... snap a photo of someone in public, then instantly get a list of all their friends and family, or anyone they've ever been photographed with in public... places they've been to... cars they own... where they work, where they live. This would be terribly powerful if it were linked to security cameras.
