updates:

well the garage doors go in friday, the lift goes in saturday, the compressor goes in monday, the floor gets sealed some time next week when i have time.

some tools got here today and more are coming early next week

Also i made sure to get a T-70 Torx. 25$ bit FTL!!! The thing is massive though.
