One step closer to being illegal for everyone. Which I'm torn about. I don't have a problem driving and talking because I honestly try not to be on the phone while driving and tend to tell people to call me back... but I swear I see some dumbass chatting away to the detriment of their car control at least once a day and I'd love to see those assholes pulled over.
