So, the guy is back at it, and aparently he has a long history of suing celebs from his jail cell.

Now, he's suing Martha Stewart, and promising to give the proceeds to Rachel Ray. And according to the article, along with Vick, this guy has also sued President Bush, Tiger Woods and Barry Bonds.
