Well, you can check the output of the DCCD controller to the diff to see if it's sending bad info, or if the problem is internal to the tranny itself. I don't remember the specs, but there's only two wires that go to the diff, and there's a duty cycle signal on the lines that determines the lockup amount.

If you see the same signal regardless of the DCCD switch settings, then your issue is in the controller. If it's matching the specs, you're problem is in the way the diff is responding to the signal.
