IIRC you can't order stuff from the US on Yahoo.jp (or eBay, or Amazon, etc.)... you'll need a friend in Japan to bid and buy for you, then ship it to the states.
But you should be able to browse everything if that's your goal.
I don't mind the boxed on Japanese pages, it's not like I can read is anyway!
