I would kick the crap out of someone smoking in my house/car. It doesn't matter how old they are either. That is so disrespectful to assume that you can just light up in someones house.
Especially if they have children. I get so pissed off when I am driving and I see someone smoking in their car with all the windows up except for a crack on the driver side and a small child in the backseat.
