Default vibratory stress relief time

we're going to start stress relieving car parts at my shop, ie: brake rotors, engine blocks, roll cages, and so on. we already treat the giant cnc machinery we make, so it isn't our first rodeo. nevermind the luke skywalker cryogenic process, we're going strait to the wednesday night single mom method. we have vibrators that relieve stress in all metals using sub harmonic vibrations. i'm no rocket surgeon or salesman, but there are a few people who are and use this same machine, so check out how they explain it:

the lowdown

race car specific

yeah when we first got the idea for treating brake rotors i had this fantasy of spending time at reno fernley raceway on the company's dollar to do some r&d. that quickly got shot down when i started searching the manufacturer's website and they already proved it works.

you supply the rotors and we'll treat one pair for $50. consider this example- on tirerack.com one brembo replacement rotor for a 2004 subaru wrx cost $51. one cryogenicly treated rotor(frozen rotor brand) cost $116. i'm 96% certain frozen rotor uses brembo castings. so have your rotors treated by a vibrator and save $80.

we'll stress relieve anything you need. pm or call me with any questions or same for the boss man, chuck who's info is on the website below.

the shop is located in the minden-tahoe airport, and i/we'll be doing the work. no outsourcing crap here.
