The car and swap in question is a 94 Impreza L with a later Legacy GT engine, just to specify.

By "same line" you mean Legacy, Impreza, etc. correct? I figured that would be an issue but in the first sentence of 15.1-C it says, "Equipment and/or specifications may be exchanged between different years and models of a vehicle..." and I was unsure if by "model" for Subaru's sake if it meant the sub models of the Impreza such as the L and Brighton or Legacy and Outback.
