I dunno, I bet a shop wouldn't need that much proof. If you have them make a flanged delete, as well as flange your existing cat, so you can swap them easily for off-road race use and street use, I bet they'd do it for you.
But you'd be paying them like 5 times as much for all the flanges they'd have to make.
