Stay on a STRICT medication schedule. I was taking my liquid hydrocodone every 3 hours. Even if was sleeping I'd set an alarm to wake up and take it and go back to sleep.

I got all 4 of my wisdoms out at the same time. That was... interesting. Excluding getting up to pee and waking up in pain to take medicine I slept for like 32 hours straight.
