Scott nailed it - they have no interest in learning. Women don't have some innate deficiency that keeps them from learning how to drive a vehicle well, it's just that a majority of them don't care enough about it to learn. There's a shitload of men out there that are
piss-poor drivers too. I've read that there is research showing that females are actually innately better than males at jobs requiring fast response, intense concentration, and a high degree of situational awareness; i.e. fighter pilots and race car drivers.
