The next time I iterate over the interior improving stuff I'll pull the dash to get at the HVAC stuff under there and remove all the door panels, carpet, trim, etc. Preferably while remounting the gauges where the vents are, installing a fire system, putting NASCAR door bars on the driver's side (my damn elbow is crowded), and perhaps replacing the glass w/ lexan... though I will likely need an enclosed trailer to do the last two, as NASCAR bars and lexan preclude being able to roll up all the windows to secure the car from people and weather when towing on an open trailer.

But since I'm not totally sure I'm going to keep the car once the motor's tuned I don't want to strip the car down any more than it already is. If I sell it, I'll leave it up to the new owner since as it is, you could actually drive it daily if you're hard core enough not to need/want A/C or heat (actually, heat is just two hoses away from working). Plus, that's a shit load of work that I'm not interested in spending time and money on at this point.
