Default Brake bleed not going well on my RS

I'll start off by saying I got air in my brake master cylinder. So I removed it, bench bled it (no more air in it as far as I could tell, I cycled the fluid a lot) and replaced it. I bled the brakes according to Subarus order (RF, LR, LF, RR). On the first caliper air came out for a long time but eventually stopped and the fluid became solid. I continued with the bleed procedure and finished. Then I rinse, lathered and rebled 2 more times. The next 2 times no air came out of any of the calipers.

The brake pedal feels great when the car is off. When I turn it on, all pressure is gone. The ABS light is on when the car is on the ON position, but turns off quickly after the car turns on. According to the hours of reading on this I have done, I have to make the car bleed the ABS pump by grounding terminals 3 and 6 on the B82 connector under the dash. I don't even really know what that means. I got under there and saw what I think is the B82 connector, but I don't know how to put grounds in there or whatever. Is this step necessary for my car? I've seen it in NASIOC Technical and in a Service Manual but cant find it anywhere else.

We didn't depress the pedal fully to the floor or push it down fast. So I don't think the seals inside the MC are bad.

Halp please.
