I don't think there is a line above the Downpipe except A/C...

PS lines run along the intake on the passenger side and then down under the block to rack. Did you mean beside or below the DP?

Pretty sure all the high pressure lines and some low are flare fittings, and the remaining low pressure are just barbs and clamps. No O-Rings that I recall.

Usually the flare fittings are just loose, especially the ones under the DP. Metric flare wrenches should be all you need to tighten them. A bunch of sizes because they appear to use every size from 10-17mm almost.
