How much snow performance do you want? The reality is that any tire that performs well in the snow really doesn't do great in the dry or even wet of the other 3 seasons. That is why most of us have 2 sets, winters and 3 season tires.
If it has to be a 4 season sierra tire, you want siping for it to have any level of snow/ice performance.
Go check tirerack test data and look at tread patterns and your price range. You might find a screaming deal with wheels on craigslist as well. Lots of Subaru wheels/tires out there.
Also, unless cord is showing, this is coming up on the wrong time to buy tires. As long as you avoid thunder storms, you can probably make it until fall to buy tires.
