Got one lying around? Need to try T-Mobile Pre-Paid for my parents.

After researching, it looks like T-Mobile or Virgin are the cheapest low usage companies with T-Mobile winning if you think you will use less than 200 a month.

Anybody using T-Mobile or Virgin? Opinions?
