Don't count on it. When I got my one ticket ever, the officer wrote the speed & location inaccurately and I was able to mathematically prove out, in detail, how what he wrote me up for was physically impossible. I fought it with the mail-in process (in Cali) but it didn't matter, I still got the ticket.
