I would lean RCE's version of the KWs if he wants to go that far, but as Scott said, both those and the Flex's are going to have fairly high spring rates for the street.(6K,8k,10K or whatever)

I have no personal experience with them, but TEIN's Street series with the 5K springs are probably a better choice. As the height adjustment is done by lowering the perch, not the strut, lowering is limited to:
Basic:
(Front: -83~-50mm; Rear: -44~-21mm)
Recommended: (Front: -63mm; Rear: -29mm)

SS, SS-P
(Front: -80~-32mm; Rear: -44~-24mm)
Recommended: (Front: -66mm; Rear: -33mm)

There are lots of other cheap coils out there, but build quality and performance are all over the place...
