The SRT-4 isn't on the list because there aren't nearly as many of them on the road as there are WRXs, so even if they're crashed just as frequently, the insurance companies aren't going to see the same statistical risk that would cause the higher rates.
Plus, WRX drivers are in general bigger douchebags than SRT-4 drivers these days anyway. Now that there are thousands of cheap WRXs on the used car market, they're bought up by every GT4 playing high school flatbrimmer brodawg that wants an accessory to go with his DC shoes and Monster energy drink who takes his sweet rally car out to the street races and leaves it upside down or taco'd into a light pole.
