In the meantime, you can bypass the issue by using Internet Explorer and letting it know the warning is false. Or you using FireFox you can change the following setting:
Options > Security > uncheck "block attack sites."
That setting can make you vulnerable to other sites though, so be careful. I have removed the ad block entirely from the page that is where the warning came from, as reported by Google. So the malware ads should not be running anymore. But if they run in another ad block it's possible we could still see them.
