The way out is through

I *finally* finished up that gate/trailer parking area (well, aside from painting) last weekend. The gate itself was done weeks ago... then I finally got around to tearing down the old fence and moving the panels to the new posts... then another delay before the landscapers came out and put in the gravel and railroad ties. Then my dumb dog decides he likes to rub his head in the railroad tie tar, so I had to put in *another* smaller picket fence to partition out the trailer area from the rest of the yard.

But hey, all I have to do now is paint it! *sigh* But the gate design in SketchUp was invaluable. No issues building the thing... it went together exactly as planned. The only problem is that the posts sagged a little bit after all that rain, so it's a tight fit when they're shut. Oh well, it's not like the gate gets opened and closed a lot.
