Thanks for the reply Cody! I did end up filling it with Distilled Water and I'll have them flush it or something tomorrow with the OEM stuff at Lithia.
The sound has gone away entirely and I haven't felt anything weird in the steering wheel or pedals since then so I'm hoping that it was just a one time thing.
