Wearing out the insides faster than the rest can actually throw them out of balance. or so i've been told by people who balance tires ... (or outsides faster than inside) ...

but tossing a weight is a sure way to get vibrations. Jeana's car is getting some vibrations now and her tires are way worn out, and a bit unevenly ... it might be something else...
