The Cusco rear-sway I was looking at just says adjustable. does that mean 22mm-24mm?

I am actually going with Cobb Tuning's Stage 1 suspension setup. All their pieces (Rear adjustable sway bar, fron sway bar, and rear strut tower) all come from Cusco. So I am just getting a package deal on cusco stuff.
