RS3's and StarSpecs might even be more tire than necessary. You can probably go with whatever the cheapest max summer tire you can find in the size you want. Then just go hammer the piss out of them at the track w/o feeling like you're wasting your money.

Plus, R-comps are a PITA... the break-away is sudden, so there's gobs and gobs of grip, then you're backwards without warning. Sliding around on some cheap-o tires is way more fun if you don't have to worry about setting fast lap times.
