If you reused your old SSID and WEP/WPA key, try deleting and readding the network from the phones. I have seen funkyness with that.

Assuming your router is new and 802.11N, make sure it is in 802.11B/G/N mode, not N only or G/N only.

Belkins are not the greatest or worst. Check for an update or DD-WRT compatibility. What model is it?
