I had Swift springs on stock struts on my Legacy GT years ago. I thought they were decent enough, nothing too special. They lowered the car (perhaps a bit more than I wanted) and the ride was reasonably stock like. I remember thinking the ride felt bouncier than stock, but now that I am back to stock again, I'm not so sure that was true.
