If you're doing the one, I'd do both and upgrade to the better bearings. Unless you hit a curb or something recently that would damage just one bearing, the other one is likely going to need replacing too.
It's a shame the WRX hadn't switched to the bolt on unit bearings yet on your car. Those are a cinch to replace.
