Actually, I have a big issue with all the tax credits and stuff the gov't allows. The more money you have, the more money you make, the more loop-holes there are for you to skip out on taxes.
The rich just keep getting richer. If all the billion dollar companies would actually pay their fair share of taxes the rest of us wouldn't need to pony up so much.
I don't have the actual numbers, but I'd bet if we went to a flat tax, the US gov't would make *more* money on a 10% flat rate than they make now with all the super-rich getting out of tons of taxes.
