it just sucks when you have 7 RPD look at the cars and they dont say a thing take all my information then 2 days later I get a little (suposed) ticket. the old "dont worry the judge will hear you out" speach and the "I'm just doing my job" dribble.........
thier job is to quote - Colonel David S. Hosmer, Chief :"The mission of the Nevada Highway Patrol is to enforce the
traffic laws of the State, investigate traffic collisions, enforce and regulate motor carriers transporting cargo and hazardous materials, maintain Nevada’s central Criminal History Repository and operate the statewide message switcher to process criminal justice information. Despite manpower shortages, our Troopers continue to work harder to ensure that our mission is carried out."
its funny how the word "Traffic Laws" which is CHAPTER 484 TRAFFIC LAWS GENERAL PROVISIONS
what was I cited for then you ask?

so I guess the real question is : is it right for a highway patrol officer to pull me over just for that reason alone? I didn't break a "traffic law"?

maybe i'm reaching but it just sucks because while it might be a quota thing for them its a sacrifice for me, and there is a box they can check that says warning
