Dammit! Sounds like fun, but I already promised myself that this week was going to be "Hell Week" for my attempt to get back into shape. So, I'll be out running or cycling after work today, and tomorrow.. and pretty much everyday after that for the next 5 to 7 days.

I figure, it used to work to get preped for the baseball season when I was in High School... maybe it'll work now that I'm getting old and fat.
