Attachments are resized when the
filesize is over a certain threshold, as opposed to linked images which are resized when the
image's width is over a certain threshold. As you know JPG compression can get some files smaller than others even when the dimentions are the same... so some get resized and others don't.
To be honest, I *hate* the attachment procedure on this board... but I'm too lazy/busy to finish my own code.
