My guess would be nothing, because they're probably doing nothing to restrict line expansion in the first place. It's not like OEM rubber lines blow up like balloons when you step on the brake pedal, it's a pretty minor amount of expansion... probably under the amount of slack present in a zip tie that's "tight". If someone wanted to actually test it they could just take a good set of calipers & measure the line diameter under 0 & full pressure, before and after zip tie application.
I'm normally a fan of zip-tie engineering, but something about tossing them on brakelines gives me the willies.

Besides, if the zip ties don't restrict line expansion, what the hell is the point?
