Saw a crazy bugeye WRX today as I was leaving Jack in das Box. Silver, had a *crazy* body kit on it (Wings West perhaps?) with a giant wing. He gave me a wave, I waved back. We need to figure out who that is... that might be the car that's "running around Reno w/ $25k into it".
