Like Steve said, having the suspension at ride height is the easiest way because the endlinks won't be under any load. Ramps definately make it easier, but you can actually do it w/o them buy just cramming yourself under there. I pulled the swaybar off Art's car in about 2 minutes the day Matt traded his wagon in on the STi so we could put it on Matt's car at the dealership. We used no jacks or ramps, just a towel on the ground.
